What’s Ahead for the Holiday Weather Forecast? Fourth of July 2014
If you're planning to watch the Detroit Tigers take on the Tampa Bay Rays – or do anything else that requires Independence Day sunshine – the forecast has some important news.
Good news, seekers of outdoor summertime fun: Accuweather.com is reporting a made-to-order Fourth of July weekend weather forecast for southeast Michigan.
A few pop-up showers may stick around through mid-week and temperatures may drop a bit. But don’t forget the sunscreen on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, when there will be lots of sunshine and pleasant temperatures in the 70s and 80s.

Accuweather says conditions will be near perfect if your Independence Day weekend plans include a trip to the beach or Fireworks Night at Comercia Park, where the Detroit Tigers are playing a four-game home stand against the Tampa Bay Rays.
