3 More MN Residents Charged In Jan. 6 Capitol Breach
The men, all related, face felony charges and related misdemeanors as officials say they resisted Capitol police movement and activity.

MINNESOTA — The U.S. Department of Justice has charged three Minnesota men with obstructing law enforcement during the attempted insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
Accused are relatives Kenneth Wayne Fuller (44) and Caleb Kenneth Fuller (20) of Cleveland and Nicholas John Fuller (40) of Mapleton, said the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia.
All three men are seen in body-worn camera footage from U.S. Capitol officers working on the exterior west plaza of the Capitol, allege DOJ officials. They "can be seen consistently in front of police lines at various locations along the west plaza between approximately 3:30 pm and 4:50 pm resisting police officer movement and activity," the DOJ said, citing court documents.
