'Abducted' 3-Year-Old, 36-Year-old Woman Subject Of MN Amber Alert

RED LAKE, MN — The Red Lake Tribal Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding an "abducted" 3-year-old child and a 36-year-old woman. An Amber Alert for the case went to phones across Minnesota at about 9 p.m. Friday.

The boy, Ethan Stately, is Native American, with brown eyes and brown hair, police said.

Police said they are also looking for Jennifer Marie Stately, a Native American female approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair.

Jennifer Stately was last seen driving a 2012 Black Chevrolet Equinox with a Red Lake Tribal license number 33509, police said.

People with information are urged to call the Red Lake Tribal Police Department at (218) 679-3313 or 911.

"Anyone who sees the suspect should take no action other than contact the police as soon as possible," the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said.
