Missing MN Man Found Dead With Self-Inflicted Gunshot Wound
The Goodhue County Sheriff's Office said it continues to investigate the circumstances, "but no foul play is suspected."
GOODHUE COUNTY, MN — A missing Minnesota man was found dead with a "self-inflicted wound," the Goodhue County Sheriff's Office said.
The body of Brad Nagel, who went missing last weekend, was found Sunday afternoon on his property in rural Red Wing. He was found down a steep embankment with a single self-inflicted wound, investigators said.
The Goodhue County Sheriff's Office said it continues to investigate the circumstances, "but no foul play is suspected."

Nagel, 57, of Red Wing was last seen just before noon on Nov. 15 driving his trucl. His disappearance sparked a large-scale search operation spanning multiple agencies and counties.
The sheriff's office thanked "countless volunteers" and the other public agencies for their assistance in the search effort.
