MN Weather: Below-Normal Temperatures To Start November

MINNEAPOLIS — Residents in the Twin Cities metro should expect below-normal temperatures at the end of October and begin November.

Lows will dip into the 20s starting next week. High temperatures will stay in the 40s.

Thursday: Rain, mainly before 1pm. High near 51. Light and variable wind becoming north 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
