MN Weather: Chance For Rain And Thunderstorms This Week
Hot weather this week could potentially bring the rain that Minnesota is in desperate need of.

TWIN CITIES, MN — August has more hot weather in store for Minnesota. The good news is that the level of smoke will die down after Tuesday, and there will be several chances for rain this week.
"Temperatures will gradually warm into the weekend," the National Weather Service said. "Highs in the 90s are expected this weekend with an increasing chance for thunderstorms."
Heat & humidity build into the weekend. We'll see highs return to the 90s as Summer-like weather continues into mid August. Our next chance of showers & thunderstorms is on Thursday as a weak cold front moves through.#mnwx #wiwx pic.twitter.com/Z76DLs2rgT
