WE Fest: Parking Restrictions To Know About

The country music festival in Detroit Lakes starts on Aug. 5 and goes until Aug. 7.

DETROIT LAKES, MN — People who are driving to the WE Fest country music event early next week in Detroit Lakes should know about the parking restrictions in the area.

No parking is allowed along Highway 59 until noon on Aug. 2. Starting Monday afternoon, cars can park along the shoulder.

Tents, chairs, and grills, are not allowed outside of vehicles on the highway.

The Minnesota State Patrol and WE Fest security will monitor the area. Cars that park along the highway before 12 p.m. Monday may be towed.
