
Apple Valley High School recently announced its Eagle Excellence students for November.
The students and their families attended a breakfast and were introduced by their nominating teachers.
There are six specific criteria that the teachers used to select their Eagle Excellence student: progress attained in the classroom, character demonstrated, striving for excellence, achievement despite obstacles, leadership shown and sense of work ethic.

November's honored students were Caprice Abernathy, recognized by Jeffrey Bergh; Adebunmi Adewunmi, recognized by Andrea Dreier; Joe Buckland, recognized by Gary Stewart; Sung Chin, recognized by Denise Remak; Manuel Garcia, recognized by Jean Wikoff; Jessica Kostecki, recognized by Bret Behnke; Mallory Lammers, recognized by Shelley Potter; Dominique McDew-Stauffer, recognized by Donna Lock; Ian McKeag, recognized by Jan Moynihan; Kaitlyn Marshall, recognized by Nathan Fritz; Austin Runck, recognized by Heidi Van Hulzen; Jake Smith, recognized by Bill Blatzheim; and Jessica Tilbury, recognized by Brett Larson.
The Apple Valley American Legion is sponsor of the Eagle Excellence Display. Panda Express and Paragon Printing donated the November Eagle Excellence breakfast.
