Donald L. Parry, 78, of Apple Valley passed away peacefully on Oct. 29, 2012. Preceded in death by parents Ernest and Delila Parry, brother Ernest, and son Bob. Survived by loving wife of 50 years, Judy; sons Kirk (Dori), Scott (Anabelle), and Steve (Cari); daughters Julie Friese and Stacy Pipping (Jeff); 12 grandchildren; brother-in-law Jack Bork; sisters-in- law Marilyn (Don) Petersmeyer, Joanne Stover, and Shirley Parry, many nieces and nephews. He was a member of Compass Lodge and OES in Robbinsdale. He served his country in the Korean War. Masonic service will be at 12 pm, visitation 12:30 pm, and memorial service 1:30 pm Monday, Nov. 5, at Rosemount United Methodist Church, 14770 Canada Avenue West, Rosemount MN 55068. Private interment will be Tuesday, Nov. 6, at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests tribute donations to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, Inc. www.lbda.org.
