Elias Theodore Johnson Jr., 55, of Apple Valley, beloved husband, father, grandpa, brother and friend, passed away on Sept. 11, 2012. Preceded in death by his father, Elias. Survived by loving wife of 29 years, Jacquie, sons: Patrick (Bethany), Josh, Matt; grandson, Sawyer; mother, Mary; siblings: Carol (Dave), Doreen (Jim), Lori (Bill), Wendy (Steve), Scott (Kris); nieces and nephews; pet dog, Lilly; many other relatives, extended family & friends. Ted worked at Seagate in Bloomington. He worked hard and lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed, fishing, hunting, gardening, eating, horseshoes, swimming, laughing and being with family and friends who dearly loved him. He was a Boy Scout Leader and coached his sons in baseball and basketball. He was a good, kind and loving man who was referred to by many as Teddy Bear or Bear. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Ted's memorial service will be Tuesday, Sept. 18, at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Road, Apple Valley, MN. Visitation will be at 1 p.m., with the service at 2 p.m. and fellowship afterward.
