Janice L Hayes, 83, of Apple Valley passed away Oct. 10, 2012. Preceded in death by her siblings Donald Livermore and Alice Williams. She is survived by her husband, John R. Hayes; children: Jean (John) LaPlante, Susan Hayes Hoover, and Michael (Cindy) Hayes; grandchildren: Elizabeth, Jackson, Riley, and Olivia; brother, Ken (Harriet) Livermore and sister-in-law, Libby Livermore; also by other loving relatives and friends. Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at White Funeral Home, 12804 Nicollet Blvd., Burnsville. Memorial visitation one hour prior to the service, from 10 to 11 a.m.
