Kathleen Quandt, ‘Kathy’ (nee Allen), 59 of Rosemount, formerly of Ostrander, MN and was a 1971 Graduate of the Leroy-Ostrander High School. Kathy passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Sept. 26, 2012. Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, Derald and Ruth Allen. She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Kenneth; children, Kristina Quandt (John Lattyak) and Kyle Quandt; brothers, Steve (Judy) Allen and Dennis Allen; step children, Denise Pelletier, Michele Quandt, Leslie (Dean) Reiss and Stacy Quandt; other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, at the White Funeral Home Chapel, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley, with visitation one hour prior to service . Interment also will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 2, at 3 p.m. at Grandview Memorial Gardens, 1300 Marion Rd. SE., Rochester.
