Real Estate Veteran Patricia Zuzek Joins Coldwell Banker Burnet’s Apple Valley Office

As an accomplished Realtor, she brings her customer service, marketing expertise and industry leadership to the Coldwell Banker Burnet team.  Plus, as a lifelong Hastings, MN resident she knows the market well.

As a 15 year residential real estate broker associate, Zuzek brings her market savvy to consumers.  She has built a niche working with not only with traditional buyers and sellers, but also distressed properties and serving those who are going through loss and transition of their homes. In 2008, Zuzek founded a group called Hope for Homes. The group’s mission is to help people through the loss and transition of life circumstance, in particular home ownership by offering networking services for those in need.

In addition, Zuzek utilizes her marketing and business degree to give her clients the leading edge on the newest technology and marketing trends when it comes to buying and or selling homes.
