William Charles Swanson, 19, of Rosemount, passed away in his home on Oct. 2, 2012. William—also called Will/Charlie—worked at UPS while studying political science at Normandale. He enjoyed playing guitar, piano and skateboarding. He volunteered for area politicians. Will was preceded in death by his grandpa, William, and his uncle, Brad. Will is survived by his mom, Lori; his dad, Jeff; his sister; Sam, and his grandparents, Vi, Bob, and Kathy; along with his uncle, aunts, cousins, friends and coworkers. Memorial service Monday, Oct. 8, at 6 p.m. at Lighthouse Christian Church in Rosemount. Memorials preferred to the family.
