Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

The Eagles (1-0) dominated the game defensively, led by a strong performance by goalie Ashlynn Seely. Seely saved 11 shots on the night, surrendering the lone goal on a penalty shot. On the attacking end, juniors Hannah Segar and Katrina Vogelgesang each scored three goals on the night. Apple Valley's next game will be at Cretin-Derham Hall in St. Paul on Saturday.
