Apple Valley Police to Hold Meeting on Predatory Offender Moving into the City
Police say the offender possessed child pornography and has a history of peeping and stealing women's underwear.
The Apple Valley Police Department will be on hand at an upcoming meeting to discuss a level three predatory offender officials say is moving into the city. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 6:00 p.m. at Valley Middle School, 900 Garden View Dr.
Information on the offender, the notification program, and safety information will be provided at the meeting, according to a news release.
According to the Apple Valley police, the offender, named Lance Kenneth Hodge, 35, possessed and distributed child pornography online. He also took photos of minor acquaintances and posted them online with sexual comments.

Hodge also has a history of peeping, stealing women's underwear and indecent exposure, officials say.
The Apple Valley Police Department is releasing this information pursuant of Minnesota law, which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sexual or predatory offender's release from prison or a secure treatment facility when police believe that the release of information will enhance public safety and protection.

Hodge is not wanted by the police at this time and has served the sentence imposed on him, according to authorities.
