Apple Valley Police Respond To Man Passed Out In Grocery Store
The man had reportedly thrown up all over the bathroom.
APPLE VALLEY, MN — Apple Valley police responded to the scene of a man passed out in a grocery store late last month. Officers arrived at the scene on Jan. 30 at 2:30 a.m. to help the staff remove a person from the store.
The man reportedly passed out in the coffee area of the store and had thrown up all over the bathroom.
The store's management asked him to leave twice, but he refused, investigators said. However, before officers arrived, he walked out the door.

Worried for his health and safety, police later found the man at a transit station and drove him to a warm location. The man was also given resources for housing.
