Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Apple Valley girls lacrosse senior Jenaye Coleman has been named to the All-State first team. Coleman, a three-year starter for the Eagles, is the first Apple Valley girls lacrosse player to be named to an All-State team. She will be finishing her career as a two-time All-Conference recipient and a two-time state All-Star participant.  Apple Valley finished the regular season 10-3 this year. The third-seeded Eagles defeated Rochester Mayo to begin Section 3 play on Monday. Their next game is Wednesday at Eastview High School against Rochester John Marshall/Lourdes. Gametime is set for 5 p.m.
