Author Amy Lyon discussing Healing After Loss

Local author, Amy Lyon of Prior Lake, will share ideas for Healing
After Loss during an event Saturday, Feb. 15 at the Galaxie Library in
Apple Valley.

She will discuss her book and share ways to cope and heal from grief
and loss, and offer suggestions of ways to help others through the
process.

She shares memorial ideas on her blog,
www.rememberourlovedones.blogspot.com, and will discuss some of those
ideas during the Galaxie Library event.
