Construction On Apple Valley Housing Development To Begin

Legends of Apple Valley will add 163 units of affordable senior housing to Apple Valley.

APPLE VALLEY, MN — On Friday, Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment development and management company, announced that a formal groundbreaking celebration for its new Legends of Apple Valley property is set for Friday, March 31.

Legends of Apple Valley is a 163-unit affordable senior housing development that is beginning construction on the southwest corner of 140th Street and Cedar Avenue in Apple Valley.

Dominium closed on the property in late December 2016 and construction is scheduled for completion in Spring 2018, according to a news release.

The building will consist of four stories and will offer multiple floor plans.

Legends of Apple Valley will include amenities such as a community room, kitchen with separate dining room, craft and card rooms, beauty salon, fitness room, theater area and large outdoor elevated deck with grills and lounge area.

It will include both underground and surface parking.
