Eastview Thunder Junior Baseball Wins Thriller Against Hopkins

The Eastview Thunder Junior Legion baseball team rallied from behind to defeat Hopkins 7-6 in eight innings on Thursday in Apple Valley.

Down 6-2 entering the bottom of the seventh inning, the Thunder strung together hit after hit to tie the game, before the potential winning run was thrown out at home plate to end the inning.

But the Thunder scrapped together two hits and a walk in the bottom of the eighth to score the winning run.
