20 High School Bands from MN, WI, IL, SD, NE and KS,in Competition from 10:30am to 10pm. College Bands include University of Wisconsin Eau Claire Blugold Marching Band, University of Wisconsin Lacrossee and University of Minnesota Duluth. Exhibitions by Minne-Brass Drum Corps and The 451st Army Band.
