Rick Anderson, community volunteer of Apple Valley collects bikes, refurbishes them into great bikes and holds an annual sale in his garage. All bikes are offered at bargain prices with proceeds donated to the Dakota County Kids' n Kinship program.
More than 60 adult and children’s’ bikes will be available on June 4th, with prices starting at $15 and many bikes in the $25 to $75 area. There are a few premium bikes in the $125+ range too. At the sale, anyone who purchases a bike can register for a $50 gift certificate from the Famous Dave's BBQ restaurant in Apple Valley. (Two certificates will be given away).
