Stew Thornley has written several dozen sports biographies, as well as a history of baseball in Minnesota, and collaborated on the autobiographies of Ray Christensen and Herb Carneal. He also wrote a book for the Minnesota Historical Society reflecting one of his avocations - "Six Feet Under: A Graveyard Guide to Minnesota." Co-sponsored by the Rosemount Area Arts Council.
