The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the application received from Marlon L. Danner (Danner, Inc.) for annual renewal of their Mineral Extraction Permit for 2011.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
