Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

The annual Minnesota Cheerleading Coaches Association State Cheerleading Championship was held Saturday at the Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul. Teams from across the state competed in several different divisions that were held in a morning and afternoon session. In the morning session, Valley Middle School took third place in the middle school division.
