Fatal Highway 52 Crash Causes 'Huge' Traffic Delay

The Dakota County Sheriff's Office is reporting a fatal crash on eastbound County Road 46 (160th Street) at Highway 52 in Coates (near Hastings). Authorities are telling motorists to expect "huge traffic delays."

Westbound lanes are currently open. Eastbound is being redirected south on Clayton Avenue.

The ramp from southbound Highway 52 to County Road 46 is closed. Officials say the closures will be in place for an extended period of time.
