New Day Spa Opening In Apple Valley: Photos

APPLE VALLEY, MN – Sirius Day Spa will see its first Minnesota location open in Apple Valley this September at Cobblestone Lake. It will be the Arizona-based brand’s third spa nationally.

Robin Hicks and Todd Corbo, regional developers for Sirius Day Spa Minnesota, will own and operate the Apple Valley spa, but plan to sell the remaining 12 Minnesota licenses to franchisees for additional locations in the Twin Cities and Rochester.

"We are confident Minnesota is the perfect combination of good economic business climate and a strong market with health and beauty conscious consumers ready for a chain of upscale, yet affordable dayspas," Hicks said in a statement.

Sirius Day Spa Minnesota hired HTG Architects in Minneapolis to design the build out located at Cobblestone Lake Parkway and 157th St. W. in Apple Valley. The groundbreaking for the new building, owned by Hempel Companies, is planned this month.

The first Sirius Day Spa opened in January in Scottsdale, Arizona. The second will open in July in Frisco, Texas, with Apple Valley rounding out the third spa to open in 2018.
