Apple Valley High School's Dane Jensen competed Wednesday at the state boys alpine ski meet at Giants Ridge in Biwabik, finishing the event second in the individual standings. Jensen finished the two-run event with a combined time of 1:07.5, five-tenths of a second behind St. Thomas Academy's Dylan Thomas who won the individual state title.
