Rosemount Man Suspected Of Drug Use In Crash: State Patrol

The 58-year-old Rosemount man never hit the breaks before crashing, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — The Minnesota State Patrol says a Rosemount man caused a four-car crash on Highway 52 in Vermillion Township last week and is suspected of being impaired by drugs. The collision left two people injured.

On Oct. 20 just after 7 p.m., authorities say a 1996 Ford pickup pulling a trailer struck a 2011 Infinity, which then struck a 2015 Subaru Outback. The Outback hit a 2015 Subaru Sedan.

All four cars were in the left lane going north. Traffic had stopped because of a lane merge up ahead.
