Rosemount High School 'Threat' Not Credible: Police

Rosemount High School is the latest in a series of Minnesota schools to report threats this week.

ROSEMOUNT, MN — Officials with Rosemount High School and the Rosemount Police Department received information late Wednesday afternoon regarding a "school threat." After investigating, school administrators and police determined there was "no credible threat to the public’s safety."

Rosemount High School is the latest in a series of Minnesota schools to report threats this week.

Hill City High School cancelled classes Thursday following threats made against the school. On Wednesday, police asked Orono Public Schools to enact a lockdown and requested help from the FBI to deal with a "direct threat."
