Senior Spotlight: Chanel Miller

Miller was on the Apple Valley High School girls track team this spring—100 and 300 hurdles, 4 x 100 relay, high jump and long jump—and also played soccer.

Who was your favorite athlete growing up, and why?

I liked Randy Moss because he was good when he was on the Vikings and I used to play boys tackle football!

What is your favorite subject in school?

My favorite subject in school has to be between science and communications.

If you could be someone else for a day, who would you be and why?

If I could be someone for a day it would be Bill Gates because I'd take all the money I have and give it away to people who need it!

What has been the most exciting moment in your life so far?

I can honestly say I don't know where to start—I've had a great life and that's my favorite memory!

What are your plans next year?

Next year I am running track for University of Minnesota-Duluth. I am planning to major in sports management.
