Join 8 South of the River Churches as we walk to raise money to fight
hunger both locally and globally. 75% of the funds raised will go to
Church World Service and 25% to local food shelves.
Programming and
registration start at 1 p.m. at St. James Lutheran Church and the walk
steps off at 2 p.m. with stops at Open Circle Church, Sunset Pond and
Glendale United Methodist Church.
Each rest stop will offer
refreshments and entertainment along with education of hunger issues.
