⢠Green fertilizer funding shrinks but still afloat in the Minnesota Legislature talks (wctrib.com) ā State lawmakers are weighing an $8 million āgreen ammoniaā funding package that would help launch a TalusAg fertilizer plant near Blue Earth, designed to supply much of a local cooperativeās ammonia needs. Supporters say the project could stabilize fertilizer prices and use wind power, while some legislators question directing money to a single, relatively new company without competitive bidding.
