• BE City Council takes action on property (fairmontsentinel.com) — Blue Earth residents should know the City Council has issued two abatement orders for a hazardous, nuisance property at 716 East Third Street, giving owners until June 16 to make major repairs or face possible demolition. Council members also moved ahead on selling the former Three Sisters lots without special conditions and officially designated 2026 Giant Days as a city event, including approving a temporary liquor license.
