Horrible! I had to try several credit cards before the reader would work. Once inside, it only rinsed my car and was done in kess than 2 minutes despite paying for a full wash. My car was still filthy. I will call to request a refund...I took pictures. If no response I will dispute on my credit card so key by principle. They should not be in business. Will never use this wash again. I wound up going to Paradise where I should have gone from the get go.
