Burnsville Man, Coffee Shop Owner, Sexually Assaulted Girl: Cops
Authorities believe there may be other victims.

SAINT PAUL, MN — A Burnsville man is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl who worked at the Saint Paul coffee shop he owns. Eduardo Delariva-Larios, 45, faces first and second-degree criminal sexual conduct charges.
Delariva-Larios owns Coffeetarik in Dayton’s Bluff.
According to the criminal complaint, on July 10 while at the coffee shop, Delariva-Larios asked the girl if she had a boyfriend and she told him that she did. The conversation turned to sex which made the girl uncomfortable, police said.

Delariva-Larios told police the girl agreed he could teach her more about her body, the complaint states.
When she later went into the backroom, the man followed her and began assaulting her, according to the complaint. The girl froze with fear, too frightened to say anything, authorities said.

Investigators told the Pioneer Press he may have other victims. Police say anyone with information should call the Saint Paul police sex crimes unit at (651) 266-5685.
