This free workshop will provide adults with information and tools to communicate more effectively with the teens in their lives. Topics that will be covered include:
- Understanding the influence of
social-emotional development, hormones and braind development on how adolescents think and communicate with adults - Communication strategies that
you can implement immediately! - An opportunity to reflect on
experiences you may be having with your teen (academic performance, peer relationships, dating relationships, chemical use, following rules, etc) and how to communicate with them effectively about these experiences.
