HASTINGS, MN — The following people were booked at the Dakota County Jail on Tuesday after their arrests.

Marcus Jacoby Moore, arrested by Apple Valley police on suspicion of probation violation.

Daniel James Fuller, arrested by Lakeville police on suspicion of probation violation.

Leticia Lyn Castillo, arrested by Hastings police on suspicion of theft.

Donald Ray Allen, arrested by Inver Grove Heights police on suspicion of domestic abuse-violate order for protection.

Kim Marie Tratar, arrested by Mendota Heights police on suspicion of probation violation.

Jonathan Wayne Jacobson, arrested by Hastings police on suspicion of domestic assault.
