Enjoy a free reading and presentation from local children's author, Patrick Mader.
The presentation will include props such as large storyboards, a milking machine, a big stuffed cow and other toys. Patrick will read from his farm book, Oma Finds a Miracle.
This activity helps support the 5-2-1-0 healthy theme of 2 hours or less of screen time each day.*

*Get your kids on a healthy track this summer with FREE 5-2-1-0 events starting June 25-July 20! This summer program engages your kids, ages 3-11 yrs, in four weeks of healthy activities. All activities reinforce the program's healthy themes of eating five fruits and vegetables a day, limiting screen time to two hours, getting one hour of exercise, and drinking zero sugary drinks. Kids will receive a coupon for a FREE piece of fruit each week from our wellness department and a chart to track their progress. At the end of the four weeks, turn in your completed chart in our wellness department and you will receive a prize!
