Ever wondered what it’s like to be a surgeon? Now you can find out by coming to test drive the da Vinci® Surgical Robot at our open house. A full-sized da Vinci robot—the same model as the one our surgeons use for minimally invasive procedures—will be available for hands-on demonstrations.

The robot features enhanced 3-D, high-definition views, up to 10 times magnification, as well as dexterity and precision greater than the human hand. Fairview Ridges Hospital has three physicians credentialed to use the robot, three in the process of earning credentials and two more in training.
