Wild Turkey Invades Burnsville House
A wild turkey broke through a glass window to enter a Burnsville home, where it continued to wreak havoc.
BURNSVILLE, MN — A home invasion in Burnsville left a huge mess for one family to clean up this week. A wild turkey smashed into the house through a bedroom window and continued to wreak havoc another 20 minutes.
Homeowner Paul Ryan, who captured video of the incident, told KSTP that the wild turkey flew through a double-paned, glass window to enter his son's bedroom:
The family's biggest worry was that the bird would hurt their pet gecko, which was stuck in the room as well.
"Everything was trashed," Ryan said. "
It actually came through here and was flying so fast it hit that wall over there, flopped down, and then started flopping around every five minutes.
