Woman Hospitalized After Car Plunges into Burnsville Pond

One woman was hospitalized after her vehicle went into a pond in Burnsville Wednesday afternoon. Burnsville police responded at about 4:30 p.m. to a report of a vehicle in a pond at 11111 River Hills Drive, according to WCCO.

When officers arrived on the scene, they located the vehicle in the water and the woman inside. Emergency crews rescued the woman and transported her to a hospital.

The woman's condition is not known. No other vehicles were involved in the accident, according to authorities.
