📰 News we're reading

• Weekly Fishing Report: Enjoying the fall colors and bites (bemidjipioneer.com) — Anglers around Cass Lake are seeing excellent fall action, with perch "going crazy" in 6 to 12 feet and walleyes hitting minnows by day and crankbaits after dark on Cass, Pike Bay, Andrusia and Wolf. Muskies are favoring rocky spots, and nearby lakes like Bemidji, Blackduck, Upper Red and Winnie are also producing, making this a prime weekend to keep the boat out.
