• Man pleads guilty to machine gun possession at Mariucci Arena high school graduation ceremony (cbsnews.com) — A Coon Rapids man has pleaded guilty in federal court to unlawfully possessing a machine gun outside a University of Minnesota high school graduation ceremony last spring. The 21-year-old still faces separate Hennepin County charges, with a plea hearing set for June 1. No sentencing date has been scheduled yet in the federal case.
