• Crystal PD says Flock cameras could be up for review (hometownsource.com) — Crystal residents packed city hall this week to question police and city leaders about Flock automated license plate reader cameras, which are under growing scrutiny and could be reconsidered before the current contract ends in 2027. Police leaders acknowledged privacy and misuse concerns, outlined safeguards and breach responses, and promised no expansion or major changes to the system without public notice and city council discussion.
