ā¢ Gradian opens thermal management manufacturing facility in Minnesota (plantservices.com) ā Gradian Thermal Solutions is hiring at its new 500,000-square-foot Dayton factory, where production began in June and capacity continues to grow. The approximately $60 million investment expands manufacturing of cooling equipment for data centers and other industries. Open positions include engineering, accounting, production, fabrication and assembly.
