The City Of Eagan Is Selling Two Fire Stations

Eagan is selling two of its former fire stations, Dalmatians not included.

EAGAN, MN — The city of Eagan is soliciting proposals from all interested parties for the reuse or redevelopment of two sites containing decommissioned fire stations. Redevelopment may include demolition of existing structures and proposals for a different land use. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. on July 31, 2017.

"They’re both one-level buildings, so there are no poles," Fire Chief Mike Scott told the Pioneer Press. Scott noted that's always one of the first questions interested buyers have. "No Dalmatians, either." (For more local news, click here to sign up for real-time news alerts and newsletters from Minnesota Patch, click here to find your local Minnesota Patch.)
