COVID-19 In Dakota County: Cases, Care Facility Exposures

DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — As of Monday, 428 Minnesotans have died from the new coronavirus, according to state health officials. Of those, more than 10 were residents of Dakota County.

Six care facilities have been hit with a COVID-19 exposure in Dakota County.

• Patients who no longer need to be isolated: 104
• Deaths: 11

Southview Acres Healthcare Center (West St. Paul)
The Rivers (Burnsville)

• County license centers
• All nine county library locations
• Lebanon Hills Visitor Center, Schaar's Bluff Gathering Center, Dakota Lodge, Camp Spring Lake Retreat Center and Camp Sacajawea
• Parks
• The CareerForce location at Northern Service Center
• The Recycling Zone in Eagan

The Dakota County board declared a state of emergency on Friday, March 20.
