Ted Daley Caught In Massive Resume Inflation
Ted Daley is still displaying job titles of jobs he does not have. Close inspection of his resume shows changing titles and job inflation
Yesterday, we had the mystery of how Ted Daley, the co-chair of Veterans Voices, could give an award to himself. The mystery is solved. It turns out that even though Ted Daley Linkedin still shows him as co-chair of Veterans Voices, he is not actually co-chair anymore.
Could Senator Daley be trying to deceive people? What does his Facebook say? It says Daley is still a state senator when he lost his Senate seat to Jim Carlson two years ago. The claim is on the same Facebook page that Daley is bragging about his 2014 Veterans Voices award.

Daley has a history of resumes where the job titles change and improve. Daley also has a history of missing company registrations for his company actively engaged in business.
May we should take a closer look at the current resume.

Here is the entire company of Engineered Network Systems where Ted Daley worked for 7 months. Note especially the size.

In the references on Daley’s campaign website and Linkin entry, Daley’s job titles for working at Engineered Network Systems has grown over the years. Daley’s job title at Engineered Network Systems has grown from General Manger to General Manager/CFO to CFO/GM with the description of “acting CIO” and “controller & treasurer”. I called the firm in 2012, it turns out that Ted Daley only managed 7 people for eight months from 6/1/2009 thru 2/22/2010.
When Daley first put up his campaign website, it said:
In the spring of 2009, Ted began work in his current position as General Manager for Engineered Network Systems, a small privately-held manufacturing company located in Burnsville, MN.
Later in 2012, Daley’s campaign website said:
After completing his deployment in Iraq, Ted gained valuable executive leadership experience as General Manager/CFO for a small privately-held manufacturing company.
Now in 2014, that same job has grown in his Linkedin entry:
In his capacity as a small company CFO, Ted created significant efficiencies as controller & treasurer. He excelled in strategy development, executive management, budgeting and forecasting. In his multi-role leadership positions, as the acting CIO, he designed, tested, customized and successfully implemented an M1 Enterprise Resource Planning system (small version of Peoplesoft) in less time than planned (six months) and under budget (more than 30% savings).
Just to understand the outrageousness of this claim, you should know what an M1 Enterprise Resource Planning system really is:
ECi M1 is a complete enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that provides total automation of financials, inventory, production, sales/quoting, and production planning.
M1 is trademarked, so using it does describe a rather specific product. In using the term M1, Daley is invoking a very elaborate system, which is way too involved for the small company, pictured above.
One has to conclude that Daley is inflating his resume, just like he continues to be state senator when he is not and just like he continues to be co-chair of Veterans Voices when he is not .
