• East Bethel approves contract for Viking Meadows phase 3 (hometownsource.com) — East Bethel residents can expect 52 new residential lots in the Viking Meadows neighborhood after the City Council unanimously approved a detailed development contract with Capstone Homes. The agreement sets strict financial guarantees and engineering standards to ensure roads, utilities, and other public improvements are completed before the third phase proceeds, with construction anticipated to start in spring 2027.
